Thank you for shopping with NityaNeeds. We take care to deliver your order in good condition. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us under the terms below.
Eligibility for returns or exchanges
Please request a return or exchange within [3 days] of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Include your order number and photos or a video showing the issue.
Damaged, incorrect, or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible. After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, another suitable solution, or a refund where applicable.
Items that cannot be returned
Used or damaged items, items without their original packaging, and items marked “non-returnable” may not be returned or exchanged, subject to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Return shipping costs
The customer will be responsible for delivery or return shipping costs.
Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the payment through the original payment method where possible. Refund processing may take [5–10 business days]. Whether delivery charges are not refundable.

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched. If it has already been dispatched, then you have to pay the delivery charge
